• Fine-Tuning the Screws: Use the lower set screw to eliminate front-end slack (pre-travel) and the rear set screw to limit over-travel. Adjust in small quarter-turn increments until the trigger breaks cleanly without binding the sear.


• Test Safe Mode Functionality: When tuning for an ultra-short hair trigger on your AAP-01, always confirm that the safety latch still engages properly. Over-adjusting pre-travel can prevent the mechanical safety bar from locking.


• Blue Threadlock is Essential: Once you've dialled in your ideal trigger break and reset distance, apply a tiny drop of medium-strength blue threadlocker to both stainless set screws to keep your tuning locked in place during high-RPM airsoft skirmishes.
